Events & Attendance

Yes, RSVP is encouraged for all events. It allows us to prepare the space intentionally and helps create a more focused and supportive experience for everyone.

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin.

Many of our events begin with a closed-door policy. Late entry may not be permitted, as it can disrupt the experience for others and for yourself.

We maintain this policy to protect the integrity of the space and the experience of everyone present. Beginning together allows for a more grounded, respectful, and meaningful environment.

This depends on the event, but common items include water, a yoga mat, a blanket, or a journal. Specific details will be provided in each event listing.

Wear something comfortable and appropriate for movement or relaxation. For outdoor events, dress according to the weather.

We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as our sessions often fill up. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but pre-registration ensures your place and allows us to prepare for your arrival.

Some of our offerings are family-friendly, while others are designed for adults. We ask that you check the specific event or class description, or contact us directly if you have questions about bringing children.

Weather

For safety, we generally follow Carroll County School Closures. If an event can be moved indoors or is already indoors, it will continue. All who RSVP will be notified of any updates.

Payments & Policies

Refunds are not guaranteed. As a nonprofit, events often rely on a minimum level of participation to remain sustainable, and there are costs and commitments involved in hosting each experience. When possible, we may offer credits or ticket transfers. If you plan to attend regularly, you may also consider one of our community membership options, which provide broader access and flexibility.

In many cases, yes. Please contact us ahead of time so we can update the attendee list.

We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to others. Please contact us directly for details on refunds or credits, as policies may vary by offering.

Experience & Participation

No prior experience is required. Most offerings are accessible to beginners, and guidance will be provided.

You are always welcome to step out, take a break, or adjust your level of participation. We encourage you to listen to your body and honor your limits.

We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for all. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or call 410.404.7890 before your visit so we can ensure your experience is comfortable and accessible.
